different. Another weekends past and with the normalcy that 'cross has become it was decided to mix it up a bit and skip it. MTBin' was calling my name and the trails were primo for the ripping.
We hit the Bonneville Shoreline route and for the first time I made it from the zoo to City Creek and then back with an added climb back up Dry Creek. Good times other than throwing myself to the ground.
Next day I did a solid hour of interval uphill and than raced a roadie down. Post ride was a hike to view the clouded sunset up Red Butte. More sights than the eyes can take in.
More to come this week. Ideas abound with posts, just need to get around to writing them.
