Here's an incredibly well written article about the off season by a pretty fast, no, scratch that, real fast guy, Barry Wicks aka Wicksy.

While racing in Windham, New York this year, the Adventure 212 team got to sit down and eat dinner with him (or did he eat with us?) at the condo we were staying at. It was a very random occurrence but one that was extremely fun. Wicksy is one hell of a character and he's more than just a cyclist. Maybe the most random fact is that he's a tomato farmer, he pretty much talked our ears off about tomatoes. Crazy.

The article is one that touches on the importance of rest, and how even the fastest guys need it. My break has been great, the recharge, incredible. Next years looking to be fast...
